Requirements:

• Marriage License from City Hall or Local Registrar of your domicile.
• Certified true copy of the Civil Marriage Contract from the Local Civil Registrar.
• Recent Baptismal Certificates issued for Marriage Purpose.
• Recent Confirmation certificates issued for Marriage Purpose.
• Copies of Birth Certificates with recent 2x2 pictures attached.
• Certificate of No Marriage Record OR CENOMAR (PSA).
• Marriage Banns published at one’s own Parish Church for (3) three consecutive Sundays before the wedding. Request for Banns are available after the canonical interview with the priest.
• Certificate of Attendance for Pre-Cana Seminar.

Additional Requirements:

• MIXED MARRIAGE – Clearance from the Chancery
• FOREIGNER – Certificate of Legal Capacity and freedom to marry from respective embassy and permit from the Chancery
• CIVILLY MARRIED OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES – Certified True Copy of Marriage Contract registered from PSA
• MINOR, BELOW 21 YEARS OLD – Clearance from the Chancery
